Bill Lack and I discussed the latest news around the Reds, including the hiring of manager David Bell, and two (plus) Reds being named finalists for the Gold Glove. We also welcomed back Matt Klinker, one of our former spotlight players, for a quick update. Klinker played for David Bell for three years in the Reds organization, and he has some interesting insights on what Bell is like as a manager.

Finally, we finished up yet another exciting edition of the podcast by answering more Viewer Mail questions.

  3. Twitter nonsense!!!!!

There is a reason you haven’t seen me on lately. I took it off my phone. Thankfully I’m not a journalist and I don’t need Twitter for Facebook to drive readers to my stuff.

  4. Big news today in the Enquirer that Riggleman will not return to the Red’s organization in 2019. This is a break in the dearth of Red’s news lately.

    • With Riggleman departing and Kelly retained, could we be sniffing an ever-so-feint breeze of change?

      • I don’t know. I don’t think WJ or BC were married to Riggleman in any way. Honestly they have more time and effort it Kelly. Therefore, I wouldn’t read too much into it.
