All-Star Game

#VoteZack, #VoteVotto, #VoteSuarez … vote now

Vote for Reds to play in the All-Star Game. It’s easy and quick.

Zack Cozart leads NL shortstops in fWAR by far. Joey Votto is in a tough category, but with Freddie Freeman’s injury and Anthony Rizzo getting off to a slow start, Votto has a chance with strong support. Eugenio Suarez is second at 3B. The Reds OF rank 7th (Duvall), 11th (Schebler) and 13th (Hamilton).

Vote now. Then reply in the comments section indicating which Reds players you supported.

  1. I gotta think even if Cozart doesn’t get voted in, there’s no way Maddon leaves him off the roster.

  2. Votto, Cozart, Suarez, Duvall and Hamilton. Almost, shades of 1957, went with Schebler, too.

  3. To make it easy I voted for the Reds, of course, and for the other team I follow, the Rays.

  4. Should the Reds have one player in it will be Cozart. The fans will not vote any Reds player in. Madden will make the choice.

  5. I voted for Cozart and Suarez (Sorry, but I can’t vote against the year Ryan Zimmerman is putting together to vote Votto) and former Red Yonder Alonso. Sorry about Votto, but I vote for players, regardless of team. I will also refuse to vote for Bryce Harper, solely out of personal contempt.
