Exciting news about the Redleg Nation/Red Reporter Meetup at GABP

A quick announcement about the upcoming Redleg Nation/Red Reporter Meetup Extravaganza and Reds Baseball Spectacular.

First, if you told me you wanted tickets, check your inbox. You should have an email from me, and I need to you get back to me as soon as possible.

Now, here’s the exciting part. We have booked a private space at Great American Ballpark for a pre-game Meet and Greet with the Redleg Nation and Red Reporter writers (no fewer than ten of your favorite RN writers will be in attendance, plus me). As part of that, attendees will be able to participate in a Q&A session with Reds Assistant GMs Sam Grossman and Nick Krall.

Still working on other potential guests, but I’m extremely appreciative that Sam and Nick have already committed.

This is a private event just for attendees of the RN/RR Meetup. In exchange for me getting you a wristband for the event, you have to promise that you’ll keep me from asking Nick and Sam lotsa dumb questions.

After the meet and greet, we’ll all be seated together in the sun/moon deck for the game against the St. Louis Cardinals.

For those of you that weren’t able to make it, never fear. Follow us on Periscope, Snapchat (username: redlegnation, or use the snap code below), and Instagram for lots of coverage of the entire day.

Should be a lot of fun. I can’t wait to meet many of you.

  1. And RLN steps up for top shelf arrangements…outstanding!!! A meet and greet with two (2), count ’em two (2) AGM’s. Thanks Chad.

  2. This is going to be fantastic. I’m looking so very forward to it. Exchanged email with Sam Grossman a few times but never met in person. I’ve never had any contact with Nick Krall. I’m excited to see who else might end up showing. I’m also looking forward to meeting some of the people that I’ve had such good Reds related conversations with here on this site.

  3. I am so envious of you guys. I was pumped to go, but life has gotten in the way. I can’t wait to read your reports! I’m hoping you savvy questioners can ferret out just how in tune the transitioning regime is with advanced stats first hand.
