If you didn’t see this ESPN E:60 piece on Teddy Kremer, you are in for a treat. Bring your Kleenex.
Blame Chad for creating this mess.
Chad launched Redleg Nation in February 2005, and has been writing about the Reds ever since. His first book, “The Big 50: The Men and Moments That Made the Cincinnati Reds” is now available in bookstores and online, at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and wherever fine books are sold. You can also find Chad’s musings about the Cincinnati Reds in the pages of Cincinnati Magazine.
Remind me to stop griping so much about baseball.
@Johnu1: Stop griping so much.
@Steve Mancuso: Up your nose with Ryan Ludwick’s rubber hose!
@Johnu1: You know, John…that’s the exact reaction I had. It’s one of the reasons I felt compelled to write that piece yesterday about why I love the Reds.
Teddy is an inspiration to us all.
I think I’m going to wait until I get home to watch this. There’s no crying at work, either.
Teddy is AWESOME! I would love to see him the dugout this weekend! He really needs to be in the dugout for the 1 game play-in game!!!!!!!
He reminds the players that it shouldn’t be about the money as much as their love for the game!
I went to highschool with this guy. Even then he showed the same enthusiasm and love for life he does now. I think our football team won state when they had Teddy on the sidelines and in the locker room. It’s great to see him standing out there with the Reds.
Teddy needs to be in the dugout the entire weekend (except Sunday if they win Friday/Saturday) and especially for the one game playoff!!!!!
Thank you for this.
This puts everything in perspective. Reds need to make Teddy a full-time BB. What an inspiration to both the players and the fans. GO TEDDY, LOVE YA DUDE!!!!
Thanks for posting the video! I missed it when it originally aired! Brought tears to my eyes!!!!
