The Reds 2012 first round draft pick is 3-2 with a 4.91 ERA and 1.485 WHIP for the Dragons. He’s now put together 2 out of 3 good starts for the Dragons.
Billy Hamilton collected two of the Bats 3 hits, both singles. He was also caught stealing for the 10th time.
Greg Reynolds lost his first game of the season, his record goes to 10-1. In a 6 inning complete game, he gave up 4 runs on 5 hits, a walk, and two strikeouts.
The Bats scored their run on a Mike Hessman homer (19). They only collected one other hit in the game, Henry Rodriguez had a double.
Pedro Villarreal started and threw 4.2 shutout innings, allowing 3 hits and 2 walks on 4 strikeouts. Nick Christiani got the win with 2 scoreless innings of relief.

I’ve been a Reds fan since the late ’60’s, with my luck of being able to attend plenty of games at Riverfront during the BRM era. I was sitting in the Green Seats in the OF when Pete came home in ’84 and was in the Red seats when Glenn Braggs reached over the fence in ’90 to beat the Pirates. I have had many favorites from Jim Maloney to Johnny Bench, Barry Larkin, Adam Dunn, and Jay Bruce.
