Billy Hamilton had a 2 out, pinch hit to drive in a run last night, an infield single to the 2B. You gotta love what speed can do and what a positive impact it can have on results. Kudos to Todd Redmond in his 1st start and win for the Bats since the trade that sent Janish to the Braves, a very well-pitched game. Robert Stephenson also had another good game. He’s given up a solo HR in each of his last two starts, but also walked none in each of his last two starts. He has streched out to 5 innings now and continues to get almost twice as many ground outs as fly outs. That could play well in GABP someday.
