Devin Lohman went 3-6 with a homer, Yovan Gonzalez went 2-3 with a homer and two walks, Kyle Waldrop went 2-5 with a triple, and Dayne Read went 2-4 with 2 walks.
Stalin Gerson went 6 shutout innings, allowing 4 hits, striking out 5, while not walking anyone. (Earlier in the season he threw 11 very good innings at Dayton, I’m not sure why he’s at Billings.)

After making 4 errors yesterday, the AZL Reds made 2 more today.
I also noticed it was 105 degrees at gametime. But I’m sure it was a dry heat….
I’ve been a Reds fan since the late ’60’s, with my luck of being able to attend plenty of games at Riverfront during the BRM era. I was sitting in the Green Seats in the OF when Pete came home in ’84 and was in the Red seats when Glenn Braggs reached over the fence in ’90 to beat the Pirates. I have had many favorites from Jim Maloney to Johnny Bench, Barry Larkin, Adam Dunn, and Jay Bruce.
