Carolina 6 – Huntsville 5 (11 Innings)

Devin Mesoraco went 3 for 5 with a HR. Mesoraco’s homer was his 13th of the season and 3rd since been being promoted to AA Carolina and this one was of the walk off variety in the bottom of the 11th. David Sappelt went 3 for 4 with a 3B. Kris Negron doubled.

Scott Carroll got no decision as he went 6 IP and gave up 5 R, 4 ER, on 8 H and 1 BB with 2 K. Lee Tabor (1 IP), Phil Valiquette (1 IP), Jordan Smith (2 IP), and Jeremy Horst (1 IP) each added a scoreless relief outing.
