Game Thread: Final Series of the Year

Here come the Cubs into town for the final series of the year. I was hoping that the Cubs would be playing spoiler to the Reds playoff ambitions, but it appears the roles are reversed here in the Division That No One Wanted To Win.

Bronson Arroyo is taking on Carlos Zambrano. Should be a good one. Discuss it here.

  1. 6-0 Cubs. Zambrano goes to 18-13 while Arroyo takes the loss.

I thought the Reds could beat Zambrano! They’ve only done it, like, 4 or 5 times this year . . . of course, Harang was on the mound all those other times.

  2. No pitching – no hitting. Again the Reds get no runs for Bronson. Those years happen.
