The Reds go for the sweep today against formerly-heated rival Los Angeles in an afternoon affair at Great American Ballpark. Rookie Phil Dumatrait takes his 16+ ERA back to the mound for start number two. The Dodgers will counter with former Red Brett Tomko.
Discuss it here.
Oh, and if your comments aren’t showing up, and it isn’t your first post (everyone’s first post is sent to a moderation queue, where it is approved, granting full posting privileges), read the commenting guidelines and you may find out the reason why. Everyone who is willing to abide by those guidelines is welcome to post, regardless of your point of view. Only three people have ever violated the guidelines; they’re pretty lax. All we require, basically, is that you be civil to each other, and the vast, vast majority of posters here are fantastic in that area.
(And to the most recent person to violate, posting personal information about one of the editors on another blog is not tolerated. An apology to that editor, and a change in the tone of your future posts, might help in restoring your posting privileges.)
