Louisville 5, Toledo 4 11 innings

23 year-old Joey Votto (Reds #2 – 2002) went 2 for 5 with 2 R and a BB.  He is up to .269/.400/.423. 

24 year-old Edwin Encarnacion (Rangers #9 – 2000) went 2 for 5 with a 2B, HR, and 3 RBI.  Encarnacion’s double tied the score at 3 in the 9th inning, and his 2-run homer put the Bats up for good in the 11th.  Since being demoted he is hitting .273/.304/.500.

Tennessee 5, Chattanooga 4

24 year-old Carlos Fisher (Reds #11 – 2005) pitched 6 innings giving up 8 hits, 3 ER, and a BB.  In his 2nd start since being promoted the Fisher struck out 7.  Fisher now has 15 Ks, 3 BB, and 11 H in 12 IP with a 2.25 ERA.

Lakeland 7, Sarasota 4

20 year-old Jay Bruce (Reds #1 – 2005) went 2 for 4 with a 2B, 3B, 2 R, and 2 RBI.  Bruce is now hitting .327/.380/.597

Dayton DNP

VSL Astros 9, VSL Devil Ray/Reds 8

20 year-old, center fielder, Efrain Contreras went 2 for 4 with a BB, HR, and 2 RBI.  After 13 PAs he is hitting .364/.500/.818

    I’m trying to figure out how the Bats rotation sets up for Columbus this weekend with Bailey on the DL, Dumatrait basically missing a turn because of the rainout, and Livingston back in the mix. Can anyone tell me where I can find that info?
