I’m like Rosencrans; for some reason, I’m a sucker for discussing uniforms, uniform changes, likes and dislikes. That said, I really like the new batting practice caps that Rosencrans discusses here:

Yeah, that black panel on the side is annoying, but I like the cap. It looks like it will fit great, and I’ll probably have to pick one up eventually.

Okay, back to your regularly scheduled Adam Dunn discussion.

I love following uniforms and whatnot, but I really wish they’d just stick with one nice, plain one and let it build up some credibility. If I was running a team, and the issue was uniforms, I think I’d try to emulate the Yankees and Dodgers, as opposed to the Devil Rays and Diamondbacks.

    Can’t stand that red C.

Instead of spending of that money designing new uniforms, they should be spending it on PLAYERS.

All MLB uniforms are subject to approval by MLB and, ultimately, their design and production are paid for by MLB Properties.

New uniforms don’t cost the teams any substantial money and they make millions upon millions upon millions more than they spend.

That’s why teams have so many options and change so often–to keep knuckleheads like us buying the stuff!

The Red C is the only problem, but at least they’re using a “C”. Leave it to the Bengals to use a “B” instead of a “C”.
