  3. I don’t know what Vern Ruhle has said or did to this pitching staff but I guess its now safe to say, that the Reds should have asked him to do it alot earlier in this season. All of a sudden the team’s pitching staff has vaulted from laughing stock to middle of the road. This is great.

  4. I remember feeling like this during a hot streak in June of 1998. It was like there was no way the Reds could lose.

  5. Makes you wonder! Where would this team be if they had only played .500 ball the first half of the season?
