Padilla has been picthing like Jimmy Anderson or Jimmy Haynes… before the exited Cincinnati.

Hopefully he’ll continue on that path.

Agreed. And we’ll see what the Reds get out of Elizardo Ramirez’s first major league start.

Ryan Freel rips the first pitch to RF, then turns it into a double. That’s the type of Pete Rose/Chris Sabo move that endears you to the Cincinnati fans.

He did that yesterday, too. Then got picked off 2nd base. The good and bad of Ryan Freel.

Casey is killing us. I cannot believe he has not been moved to the 5 or 6 hole. I am not confident he can hit another HR this year. He has absolutely no bat speed and I am beginning to wonder if the Mayor was not on the cream last year. He is downright awful and it is time to move him down in the lineup. No speed, no power, not what we need at 1B.
