The Free Felipe Lopez bandwagon rolls on. Hop on board before Dave Miley does!

Lopez’s line yesterday: 2-3, 2 BBs.
Rich Aurilia’s line yesterday: 0-3, 2 Ks, 4 men LOB.

On the year:

Lopez: .319 BA, .360 OBP, .587 SLG
Aurilia: .216 BA, .247 OBP, .386 SLG

Yep, that’s an OPS of 947 for Lopez, to Aurilia’s 634. Is Dave Miley the only clueless person left on the planet at this point?

  1. D’Angelo also has been seeing a lot of pine time as well lately.

The thing that bugs me is that Dave Miley’s starting to go Bob Boone with the line-up changes. Just get a line-up down, let them play every 4 days and then mix it up a little bit. Let Kearns figure out why he’s hitting .220

  2. Freel, Kearns, and Jiminez should all be playing in front of Aurilla.
Does he have pictures of Miley with a Shetland pony or what?

  3. Kearns, Freel and Lopez should play everyday. Kearns doesn’t need to sit until WMP comes back. He’s not going to hit .220 for long. Jiminez can’t hit at all, play Freel. Aurillia is the worst starting SS in the bigs. No question.

  4. Aurilla last night…0-6 with an error.

But he did provide “veteran leadership”

    Pathetic.

  5. 👿 I noticed that Dave Miley has put his hottest hitter the last month in the number 7 hole…What Gives?!?!!? Also I saw that he started Rich today over Felipe. I hope this wont be an regular occurence, anyone heard any further news on the situation?
