Coffey recalled

From Lance McAllister, I see that the Reds fooled me. They brought up Todd Coffey this afternoon to replace Ramon Ortiz (who went on the DL). I think this is a very good move. I already want to see him in the game before Ben Weber and Gas Can Weathers.

  1. I agree. I’d rather see Mercker vs lefties, Coffey and Wagner as the primary setup guys in the 7th/8th innings. Valentine, Weber, and Weathers can mopup.

Any predictions on who will go when Ortiz is activated?
