  1. Thank you very much Steve for posting my reconnaissance pictures from behind enemy lines at Busch stadium. My family and friends get a kick out of seeing our pictures posted on Redleg Nation. Being how I used my first ever smartphone to send the pics, I wasn’t sure if you would receive the e-mails, or if the pictures would arrive with them. If you had to do some extra tweaking in order to post the pictures, I thank you for that. Thanks again. Go Reds! (oh, the last picture should read “loyal” Reds fans)

    • We love seeing the pictures of our readers at game. Our “Behind Enemy Baselines” series has been great this year, including a couple submissions on the minor league affiliates. Hope we receive more of them. Thanks, Sarge!

  2. How fun to see our pic gracing the front of Redleg Nation…so much so, it pulled me out of lurkdom! Jerry, it was pleasure to meet you, and we had a great time hanging out with you and Kym. I love your description of the game as tragicomedy. We just got home from tonight’s almost-no-hit loss to Atlanta…the tragedy that is August continues.

  3. It was my pleasure meeting you and Ken. And Wendy I would urge you to take a stroll out of Lurkdom and post your two cents worth on the game thread. Your knowledge of the game and Reds would be a welcome addition to the comments thread. Your comment “the tragedy that is August continues” is tailor made to be posted on the game thread or recap. Again, nice meeting you and Ken. Hope to read your two cents worth on the game thread soon. Go Reds!
