Very nice article…I don’t know that I agree about his contributions being anywhere close to equal to Bench, Perez, Rose, Morgan, and Foster, but he could flat play CF.
Geronimo is far from forgotten. The Reds of that era were such a powerful offensive team that he can occasionally be over shadowed. But what an outfielder! Being strong up the center of the diamond makes for a great defense.
