RNR #36: Has Homer turned the corner; Stubbs and Janish; Fractured?; and the Bengals

Bill and I got together once again to discuss the latest news from Redleg Nation. We discuss whether Homer Bailey has turned the corner, and what we have learned about some of the young guys who are getting a chance to shine for the Reds right now. Plus, we talk about a couple of things that may or may not be fractured or broken: Brandon Phillips and the Bengals. It’s yet another thrill-packed edition of the Redleg Nation Radio podcast.

Thanks to technical difficulties, I did this podcast over the phone, and the poorer quality reflects that. I’m getting a new system in place this weekend, and the podcast quality should be A+ after that. Bear with us!

Still listening guys ..Keep the podcasts coming! I’m thinking (hoping) Drew Stubss will become a better hitter in Cincy than he has been in the minors .. And yes the GABP is an easier park to hit homers than Louisvile’s Slugger field …

i was listening at work friday (reading technical docs, :poke: )
i had to control myself after hearing comment about “dick pole big butt”. Thats a phrase you dont hear every day.

Regarding Willie T and Drew Stubbs for CF next year, if WT is on the team, i dont trust the Reds org to make the right call and go Stubbs or Stubbs/Dickerson in CF. :(
