I remember when the schedule first came out, this game time was listed as TBD for quite some time, perhaps even after the season started.
I guess FSN didn’t want to commit to airing the game not knowing the game time.

#2, I believe that the FOX 4 p.m. window still allows the local markets to show the game, but not secondary markets or MLB Extra Innings.
