Wow, this McDonald kid is tearing it up. Why is he not up with the Big Club?
Cedar Rapids has won 10 in a row now. Once they come back home I should probably go see one.
When is Heisey going to get called up? What more is there to do in AA for him? Frazier as well would be better than most options in AAA right now.
McDonald can hit AAA pitching its the big boys that cause him trouble.
Louisville has already complete their first game of June today, winning 4-0.
Matt Maloney pitching like he’s ready to face major leaguers:
9-inning, complete game shutout vs Scranton. 3 hits, no walks (did hit a batter) and 10 K’s. 113 pitches, 83 strikes. Scranton is 3rd in the league in AVG & OPS.
Stubbs hit a solo homerun and also stole a base.
