A Cincinnati Reds Blog -- Creating HAVOC since 2005
Another one-handed, BlackBerry-posted game thread. Enjoy!
If you’re injured, I believe I’d find someone else to post the Game Threads! :???:
Sorry bout that!
That’ll show the ol’ team! Upper deck for Phillips!
Almost out of the park for Dunn! 3-0 Reds!!
Awesome, Dunn!
Chris, why aren’t you out here at Denese’s?
Was not invited (or told about it).
Cueto has a [nevermind] through 4.
Should have held the runner in the 3rd. First and 3rd with no outs. We wasted a run there!
Bako… Just short!
I think you just got Denese in trouble Chad.
But seriously, I’m getting more and more optimistic, even with Kepp out.
That fact that we have scored 3 runs off of a lefty through 4 innings is at least some reason for optimism.
And Cueto is mowing em down!
Cueto struck out the side in the 5th. 6 on the night through 5. Still has the [nevermind] going.
69 pitches through 5.
It is a lefty that the Reds are facing, but it’s also Sowers.
There went the [nevermind 3-1 Reds
3-2 Reds.
Back to back for the Injuns.
Long ball hurting Cueto again!
Crap. Suddenly a 1-run game.
Tie Game.
3 for the Indians this inning.
All of a sudden, Cueto can’t keep the ball in the park. 3-0.
Yikes. There it goes.
Ugh. Tie game. That 3-run lead was fun while it lasted.
Lottery guy in the booth with Marty and Cueto gives up three HRs. Get him out of there. Not that I’m superstitious, but it looks like Divine Intervention against the sin of gambling….
I could follow the game if Marty would quit gabbing with this Lottery guy.
Shoot. Come on Reds!
Game will be going to the bullpen soon. I’m afraid.
I’ll stick to watching it in HD. Have to settle for Cleveland announcers.
E on Votto. Wheels are falling off.
Error by Votto, and the wheels have officially fallen off.
I will watch on HD when I get home. Have to settle for Marty and the lottery guy for now.
Just get thru this inning, Johnny.
I’ll take Reds in HD over Denese’s any day!
The Reds are a below average defensive team. Below average at first, short, third, left and right.
You’re out of your mind, Chris.
Standing room only tomorrow. That is great. I still hate interleague play.
Julio will walk you if you let him.
Denese’s loud mouth Reds in HD
Ill take … REDS! (this response is over the bitterness of not being invited!)
And of course Phillips swings at an 2-0 pitch at his head.
Jared Burton comes on in the 7th. Weathers is probably next (gulp).
Chad’s favorite player is David Weathers!
True. Though I never asked for his autograph in a shopping mall.
C’mon Votto!!!
Another error by Votto.
Votto is a butcher
No harm no foul!
Here comes the parade of lefties out of the Indians pen
Stormy Weather better not blow things
I can’t stand Weathers.
Wow, almost a 2 run homer there.
I hold my breath everytime he steps onto the mound
Weathers had it all the way… No reason to be worried! (yeah right)
Jay Bruce just went deep again tonight
I can exhale now. Time for the Reds to score.
BP walks. Will wonders never cease?
This typing with just my left hand isn’t fun or easy or quick.
Don’t get CTS in your left hand.
Berry should have taken a chance and sent Phillips home there.
Hope not, Nick. Blogging is to blame!
bases are clogged for Dunn. EE walks.
C’mon, Dunn!
BB and RBI for Dunn. Brantley is probably complaining because Dunn didn’t swing there.
Good work Dunn!
hooray for high obp!
Hatteberg on deck.
Okay, Coco. Let’s end this one.
C’mon Coco. Let’s get ‘em 1-2-3 so I don’t have to be nervous tonight.
I agree with that, Ceeker. No nerves tonight, please?
He’s do for a good outing.
K!!!!
1 away.
Another K, for out number two!
Coco looks sharp tonight.
Cordero’s stuff is disgusting right now
Struck out the side. Reds win!!!!
It’s nice to have a closer.
…and this one belongs to the Reds!!!
So Dunn homers almost into the river tonight, but it’s his walk that wins it. Cool.
It is really nice to have a big league closer on the team this year.
That’s the Coco I know and love!
A very important bounce back save for Coco after the blown save the other night!
The closer by committee of earlier years never helped us…I’m glad we have a proven closer who throws over 93 mph and can close the door
The Reds have been a lot of fun the last few nights. Let’s keep this roll goin’!
Four wins in a row, and Harang and Volquez are pitching the next two. Nice.
4 wins in a row.. I need to take over posting the Game Threads!
Just to fuel an old fire… Hamilton is 4-4 2 HR 4 RBI’s
Reds have won 7 of last 10
Hamilton just tripled. 5 for 5, 5 rbi’s.
So, they started the season 6-4. Last 11 games have gone 7-3. That means they went 6-16 in the middle.
