I'm not certain, but I think BIS (the provider for FanGraphs) uses their own system that has a high correlation to Pitch F/X, but isn't precisely the same. I only bring this up in case Doug comes to a different conclusion with his data. The stuff I looked at was aggregated already. His data is more granulated and can lead to much deeper insight.
