Baker has to recognized the OBP is more important that how fast a player runs. Why does he think Sparky had Cesar Geronino batting in the eight spot? All you hear on radio or read in the papers is how much of a better hitter Dunn would be if he cut down his K's. Well, <a href="http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/players/profile?playerId=4808" rel="nofollow">ESPN.com's player profile page for him</a> projects out that this would be his lowest single season strikeout total, if he continues to K at the same rate that he has so far. (except for his shortened 2003 season) They project this to be his lowest average, lowest extra base hits (including his 2003 season), lowest almost everything.
