21 year-old Johnny Cueto pitched 6 fantastic innings giving up 3 H, a BB, and 0 ER with 10 Ks. He has a 52 Ks, 57 H, 19 BB and a 3.28 ERA in 60.1 IP at Sarasota.
22 year-old, second baseman, Justin Turner (Reds #7 – 2006) went 1 fo4 4 with a HR and 2 RBI. He is hitting .316/.394/.456.
Actually, Kainer skipped two levels, as he didn’t play any rookie ball, I don’t think.
