Loading ...Via Rosencrans, I see that a Twins beat writer has weighed in on the beaning Reds pitcher Kyle Lohse delivered to Twins star Torii Hunter earlier this evening:
Lohse still is the same lousy pitcher he was while with the Twins, but that wasn’t intentional. I’ve heard he’s actually hungout with Torii this spring. As the trainers tended to Torii, Gardy talked to Lohse and patted him on the back three times. Nice gesture from Gardy, especially after all the grief Lohse gave him the past two years.
Lohse is not a popular guy in Minnesota, it appears.
UPDATE: By the way, Edwin Encarnacion has homered tonight, and Lohse left the game with a strained right hamstring.
