Aaron Harang tonight, and I’d love to see him pick up his fourteenth win. At this point, there isn’t much to play for, except for the little things. I really want the Reds to finish with a winning record. I’d like to see Harang and Arroyo get to 15 wins on the season. Maybe you can come up with some other reasons to tune in for these last couple of weeks.
Harang is facing Andy Pettitte, so it should be a good matchup. Discuss it here.

Cincinnati Reds second baseman Brandon Phillips left the game due to an injured head.
What the heck happened?
Good question. I just tuned in.
It must have been when he batted since he is 0 for 1.
Deno with the 2-run dinger. Wouldn’t you think he would be playing everyday?
Rather him than Wise, at the very least.
So does Jr. stay in CF next year?
Unfortunately I think thas up to Jr.
*that’s
Does Jr. bat .250 next year?
Aha – bad hop on a relay throw from Freel came up and hit Brandon Phillips in his eye. He’s now being sent to the hospital.
Wow, was that ever some bad baserunning from Berkman. Still 2-1 CIN.
Thanks for the update, DA. That happened to me once in little league.
A 6-game hitting streak for Jason LaRue! The world is ending! Or at least, the season is ending.
Should point out that it is not Pettitte tonight, but rather a kid (from Pettitte’s alma mater, apparently) named Matt Albers.
A ringing double for Freel results in a 4-1 lead.
5-1, Albers leaves as soon as I can type his name.
Good to see that the Reds finally ganged up on a rookie pitcher.
Now we’re sweating a one-run lead with Schoenweis on the mound in the 8th.
