According to the Minor League News:

Minor League News has announced its top ten stadiums in minor league baseball and has named Fifth Third Field, the home of the Dayton Dragons, as one of the best in baseball.

According to minorleaguenews.com, fan experience, ballpark features and facilities, and attendance figures were the three main guidelines for determining the top ten ranking.
