You are correct, this is an exciting game, but I can’t help but think “what might have been….”
This team can put runs on the board like no Reds team we’ve seen in years. If they just had some pitching, they’d be playing next week, and we’d all be happy.
If the Reds come back with this same bullpen next year, I’m going to start watching Australian Rules Football. This is twice within a week where the Reds have scored 9 runs and still lost.

Oh, don’t be like that…
Go Reds! The LLM has homered – Valentin is the man!
Wily Mo, Wily Mo, Wily Mo!
This is an exciting game…
…if only because of the unpredictable nature of the Reds’ bullpen.
(unstable 9-9 in the 8th)

Well, that was a letdown.
As much as I’m rooting for him to succeed, unfortunately you know the game is lost by the time they turn to Valentine.
