Enquirer today reports that Oswalt is 15-0 in 19 appearances against the Reds, the most wins w/o a loss by any pitcher against one team in ML history.
Wonder who the other most effective pitchers against the Reds have been over the years?
Two I remember were both Padres, Randy Jones (who Morgan said didn’t throw had enough to break glass)) and, before the Reds traded for him, Fred Norman.
Watching a game at Minute Maid Park is like watching a game at Kings Island or Six Flags. I believe that Houstonians, sadly, are more concerned about bells and whistles and A/C than they are about the game, and you can certainly tell that by attending a game in person.

If Harang could help the Reds overcome the Oswalt jinx that would be huge.
It may take a superhuman effort. Oswalt has been lights-out against the Reds. Like Tom Glavine of a decade ago.
Dunn: good.
Agreed. I love Adam Dunn.
There’s not a player that I’ve been more excited about in all my years of following the Reds, and that covers almost three decades.
This team just can’t beat Oswalt. I’m firmly convinced of that.
I can’t tell you how sick I am of the “Crawford Boxes” and the rest of that gimmecked-out “ballpark.”
