Ramon Ortiz says he’s fine…

…and Doc Kremcheck said the same thing on television last night.

I’ll tell you this, though: Ortiz is a character. Chris Welsh interviewed him on television, and he’s genuinely happy to be with Cincinnati, and it was clear that Ortiz’s teammates enjoy having him around. He’s the type of guy that will keep the Cincinnati media happy.

If he can reach his potential on the mound, he’ll make me happy, too.
